Choppy camera (too many twists, turns, back, and forth) on walk through make it extremely hard to watch. My concern is there is no back door making house very unsafe.

Exactly. Building codes in my area require a house to have two means of egress.

The herky-jerky camera work is the worst I've seen in any house video. As for the house, the oversized laundry room should have an outside door, as many building codes require a house to have two means of egress. The corridor end could accommodate a powder room. The overall plan looks pretty good.
