I just played Do Not Believe Her Lies (no, not his, her). The first level is at least 4 times harder than this level 1 I can tell you that now (or, at least so much more vague) And, for 23:55, when connecting the dots, all letters outside the box (left to right, top to bottom) spell ‘less is more’. Also, 40:46 is binary to ascii, and than to hexadecimal and base 64 (observe the results to choose after decoding each time to determine the cipher order)
