📋 INGREDIENTS:
• 3 apples
• 200 g flour (1 2/3 cups)
• 150 g icing sugar (1 1/4 cups)
• 100 g walnuts, roughly chopped (3/4 cup)
• 3 eggs
• 150 g soft butter (2/3 cup)
• 1 packet of vanilla sugar (1 tbsp)
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp mace
• 1 pinch of salt
• 100 ml milk (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp)
• Icing sugar for dusting (optional)
• Bake: At 160°C (320°F) convection for 40 minutes.
• Baking pan diameter: 26 cm (10 inches)

Very nice twist on an apple pie. I especially love that the apples and walnuts didn't sink to the bottom. Slightly off topic... I thought I would pass on something I do when making a traditional (American style) apple pie. I grate 5 year old white cheddar in with the apples. No one can taste it or identify what is different about it but everyone loves it. If you have something similar to it I recommend trying it. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

Im Video wurden die Zutaten Milch und Vanillezucker vergessen. Dadurch habe ich sie beim Nachbacken auch vergessen. 🤦 Habe aber festgestellt, dass es auch ohne die beiden Sachen hervorragend klappt. Ein super Rezept.👍🏼
