Main ingredients:
170 ml warm milk.
40g sugar.
25g melted butter.
Mix everything together.
1 chicken egg.
1 egg white.
6 g dry yeast.
Mix everything well.
Sift 420 g flour.
2g salt.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
