[Synopsis]

@@aditia.2706 Omg,me too. I started watching Ruyi foolishly thinking it was a cutesy historical romance,and it has absolutely *traumatized* me. The title was super misleading imo lol,"Ruyi's Royal Palace Love" is so not representative of the entire tone of the show. Something like,"Ruyi's Royal Palace Journey",or,"Ruyi in the Royal Palace" would have been much more fitting in my mind. Every aspect of the series was so beautifully done,but I feel like in 50 years I'll still be crying over it ;0;

I RECOMMEND to watch: "A New Life Begins" (2022) the story of a guy and a girl who are not exactly "Winners" but he starts developing Feelings for her and they end up being an INSPIRING TEAM and bringing changes to their Circle and beyond. She was "forced" to marry him but much later she realizes that NO MAN around could MATCH his Integrity and Humility. These are the REAL INFLUENCERS that should exist nowadays. 🙌

Like there's 2 dramas i watched one about the forgotten empress and one about the concubine that appeared in the same Era. Same scenarios very different takes on the same situation.

Dumb question, but if any one can clear it up for me. So they said Consort Xian, in the pass drama that has been Ruyi. In this series it’s the same Consort name, but is it Ruyi or is it another one? Sorry for my ignorance I am trying to understand, is Mingyu and Ruyi are the same person.

Mingyu and Ruyi are not the same people, Mingyu is a fictional character while Ruyi is based on the step Empress of Emperor Qianlong. Mingyu is Consort “贤” while Ruyi is Consort “娴”🥰
