there was this place my sister worked at called embassy suites she worked as a cook and they had these mini chocolate lava cakes it had a dollop of hard chocolate on the top but once you microwaved it, it melted and it was soooo good

It is so obvious but you don’t have IBS! Everything‘s better with chili sauce or chili oil? No that would not work. No spicy food is good when you have IBS. And marinara sauce is hard on your stomach too and pizza sauce. I’m considering for a pizza without any sauce. I’ve ordered before Papa John’s with very very little sauce and it was not too bad. I still had reaction from my stomach, but not as bad can you eat normal foodand it’s delicious. Regular food without spicy sauces really delicious.
