U put on weight cos u eat more cals than your body can burn. If u stop lifting weights and go run an ultra everyday u might end up losing a lot of weight. If u stop lifting and u start being lazy and sit down and continue eating your usual diet, u will get fat. She is blessed with great genetics for leaness and metabolism that’s how she can do what she does. She’s lucky that’s all.
