I love karela...most of my friends do. And we are all Bengalis😅 By the way we eat a lot of bitter things. Neem begun bhaja Karela fry, karela fry with either potato/pumpkin Teto dal (dal with karela) Karela sedho with other boiled veggies (generally potato/pumpkin) Sukto also has a bitter element in it

Lauki halwa is best actually. Whatever you have shown is all my favorite...corn spinach sandwich...zucchini.. karela...all is my favorite...and Karel has bitter taste for a reason...that has a taste ...that taste needs to be developed yet...even zucchini has a salad taste...like cucumber...

I love Karelas. The bitterness makes them tasty. I don't like recipes that try their best to disguise the taste of karelas. What a waste of karelas if one has to make an effort to remove it's bitternes. Very cute video I rarely comment on any food video but this one was irresistible.

Mam n Sir u both will start liking kerela's one recipe i.e.Kerela rings basically its a fry there wont be much bitterness do try out.....Chop the kerela in round shape remove all the seeds ....once all r round shaped then wash it after washing add salt and lemon juice mix it and keep it aside for 30 mins thn....after 30 mins wash thm again and now add in corn flour rice flour red chill powder turmeric powder and salt miz well and thn coat those kerela's into Rava or Sooji and swallow fry for crispy ness fry two times for the next time fry at high flame bt the color should be golden brown.....I hope u will try it out...Arjun sir will definitely like it with simply rice and dal it will be a best thing to eat........Love from Goa
