Ippudo is pretty average outside of Japan and it is far from the best in NYC. It stays in business because it has name recognition and gets propped up by bloggers/vloggers.

You should try aku ramen! It’s a place, with obviously ramen, it also has cali rolls, and more! I recommend to make your own ramen bowl as it is a choice in the menu, and I also recommend the cream melon soda! It is very creamy and still taste like melon soda!
