I was under so much distress, and I put this on, cried, and then fell asleep. Idk what I am.. but I dreamed of going to a beautiful hotel for rest and everyone treated me kind there. The air was light and there was so much space. Nothing was expected of me. No constructs. And when my phone in the dream tried to notify of all the influencers content that gets pushed I said "This is nonsense" and went to find my room. I dont consider myself a phone addict, but I feel I practice escapism because once the clutter of the day is done and I'm alone the thoughts and feelings are too strong to deal with. These sounds gave me comfort. Thank you.

The first time I heard the term starseed, I felt a settling comfort, but there has always been this part of me that hasn’t been able to truly and fully believe it. I keep wanting some kind of proof. As if the way I feel when I’m under stars, this city girl who never sees them, but when I do, the piece of me that’s awestruck is significantly smaller than the rest of me that just feels oneness and this feeling of expansion out and together with them, as if the effect whale song has on me when I’m really overwhelmed and overstimulated, how it holds me, as if scrolling for half an hour trying to find a sound bath and accidentally playing this when I hit a wrong button on my new phone and feeling my energy just exhale and relax, at last, as if none of that is proof enough.
