can i just point out sth… im choosing to ignore the boeing/ray/sand mess at the end, i’ll live with the sandray cuteness we got in the first 3 parts until next week. i noticed that whenever ray does something silly/cute sand just has this huge, bright smile on his face and he shakes his head. it literally screams “im so fond of him” i cant do this anymore. also, i said i’d ignore it but i think i know what ray is trying to do there with the whole boeing situation. he’s testing sand. some people were like “he wants a threesome again” but thats not it this time. he’s trying to see who sand will choose and he’s testing him to see if he still feels some type of way towards boeing. also the trailer!!!! “deal with him or i’ll do it” YES YES YES. its a win for me! ray’s got murder on the mind lmao. he shouldve just drowned boeing’s dumb ass in the pool honestly. also another detail i loved. boeing was trying to get into sand’s pants and he was like you took me to a concert and he didnt even remember what concert it was. meanwhile ray remembered the exact guitar he wanted and was like “i remember all the details about you” bro’s been going from couple to couple trying to wreck relationships. its giving “if i cant be happy no one can” btw, i understand why he went to topmew and sandray as top & sand were his exes but he’s going to boston in the preview? whats their deal? lord have mercy.

What do you think about Sand’s behavior towards Ray when Boeing is around? He rejected Ray’s offer of going home together twice in front of Boeing and also he acted cold to him and a little angry maybe? Like why’s he talking to Ray like that in front of Boeing

​@@aliciapark6241 Personally, I feel that by sending Ray away, Sand was trying to protect their relationship. He didn't want Ray to be there and listen to whatever Boeing was going to say and make scenarios in his head. That's why Sand seems kinda mad. He probably wanted to deal with his ex himself, but Ray intervened. Now, if you ask me, Sand wasn't doing a very good job with that..😅 He obviously felt uncomfortable with Boeing's behaviour and yet didn't have the guts to tell him to go and f**k himself.. 😌 Then Ray said what he said and things escalated with that cringe pool scene.. 😂

@@aliciapark6241 in my opinion, he’s trying not to let the situation escalate. when i first watched the episode i thought that the way he was behaving was out of character, but upon rewatching it i see it a little differently. he’s tense and uncomfortable in boeing’s presence obviously, and we know ray has a temper. ray admitted to this too. he’s also in the beginning of his alcohol rehab, his emotions are probably all over the place because he doesnt have the one thing he uses to cope. by trying to send ray home first sand was trying to avoid tension & unnecessary drama. perhaps he didnt want this to affect their relationship badly. ray insisted and took the situation into his own hands and look where that got us. the final scene and the preview where they argue again after ray tells sand “if you cant answer if you still love him, why dont you kiss him?” this is all still a test, and sand doesnt seem to be passing it all too well in ray’s eyes. the look he gave sand once he accepted getting into the pool was one failure for ray. he wants sand to reject boeing properly, instead sand is still people pleasing and only making excuses thinking thats gonna make boeing let this go.

Because of Alcohol... I want to point out something that I saw on twitter on alcohol rehab ... They do not ask you to stop drinking immediately because that causes a relapse and health issues from the body so they reduce the amount of alcohol intake little by little

My thoughts, about SandRay: Sand's behavior was absolutely in character and SandRay relationship didn't lose their meaning and people are overpanicking about two stupid insecure boys who totally love each other a thread: 1. Sand didn't call Ray boyfriend. Yes, Sand is not really vocal person and never was. Ray is the vocal one between them. They both know they're boyfriends they're both very pleased about it, the fact that Sand not agree vocally doesn't mean he's disagree or uncomfortable with it. 2. Sand didn't tell Boeing to fu** off. Yes, because it Sand we're talking about. He always had problems with boundaries. It's very clear with Ray but it's also about his mom and Nick and everyone he cares about. And Boeing was a special person for him it's not going away easily. 3. Sand asked Ray to go home. Yes, because Sand is a people pleaser and he see a tension. He needs to try to set up boundaries w Boeing but it would be way harder to do if Ray is around. He is not really successful with Boeing but he needs his time and space. 3a. Don't forget that Ray is in the beginning of his treatment, he's quite unstable right now and he's very emotional all the time. Separate them is the best decision Sand - who's uncomfortable and stressed as hell - can come up with in the moment. 4. The roommate thing. Boeing already KNOWS Sand has a boyfriend. And he doesn't give a f*** about it. Roommate is a subtextual way of saying *No, get off". He can't say it clearly, cause again, people pleaser. He doesn't try to brush Ray off he nows for B Ray is not an argument. 4a. Side note, but for all *why Sand didn't answer to Boeing saying he wants him back". He did. Right here.: 8:17 - 8:22 (original video/ep) 5. Festivals dream. Listen, Sand and Boeing were in a relationship. They were in love. It's normal thing for couples to share a dream. Sand's dream existed before Ray and it's absolutely normal. The fact that Ray is not the first one to share it doesn't make him less special. 5a. Sand and Ray both loved someone before each other it doesn't make their love less special. People have past it's okay. The more important is - with Ray festivals are not just a dream anymore.They make plans. On Ray's rehab and festivals -its about future, it's good. 6. This Moment 6:44 - 6:54 (original video/ep) My type comment. Guys, it's called SARCASM. ( Sand had many moments where he was sarcastic.) You know, that one thing Sand uses to avoid real confrontations all the time? We know he doesn't have a type it's just a reaction to Boeing saying stupid stuff exactly to cause an emotional response from Sand. ⤵ 6a. Let me translate from Sand's to human: "You have no right to judge my taste or my man, we're nothing to each other cause you dumped me - and I know you implying yourself under "your type" comment. If you think "my type" is better for me than you're wrong, let us alone" Easy 7. e.g. 11:24 (original video/ep) Just don't forget that Sand is deeply insecure. He's not over Boeing but not in a way "he still loves him" It's about someone who was special for him chose other person over him. Ray did the same thing btw. Sand made a decision to move on Ray but his insecurities still here. 7a. His fear to be a second option and that he's not good enough is still here. It takes time to get over such things. And he literally stays between the person he sees his future with and the one who is a living reminder of his past trauma. 7b. Sand is not very good with showing his negative emotions. He always try to control them, cause, u know, people pleaser. He's quite emotional w Ray cause Ray is emotional himself and pushes Sand to his limits for better or for worse. 7c. And in this situation it's for better cause Sand needs to get over his caretaker personality and be selfish for once. People like Boeing doesn't take no for an answer until it's fundamental clear "no". For now Sand is unable to say it. Let's see if he will (| think/hope he will)

Sand is a very caring person i mean look at everything that our baby ray did yet sand jus forgave him so of course he still cares about his ex and he would be there for him if needs be hence why he is acting like this now ray 😂😂he is at the stage where he would kill for sand so ... I guess Boeing needs to sleep with one eye open . Also ray is reducing the amount of alcohol slowly he cannot cut it out completely he could die am sure his therapist told him how much he can drink notice how he is not drank at all

Boeing was a very important person for Sand. He used to love Boeing so much so when someone that u really loved comes back into your life like that there is this confusion, I don’t think he has any feelings for Boeing but I think he didn’t say the goodbye that Boeing deserved. He’s not in love with Boeing because as we know he’s crazy in love with Ray. He is just confused. And that’s why I like this series at some point everyone identified himself at one character. I was Sand and I had a Boeing, I needed to have a big conversation with him to really say goodbye motherf*****.

Thank you for reacting. I understand it's annoying & seems like theirs no progress in Ray's character but it's very realistic. Alcoholics can't stop drinking all at once. It can actually be very dangerous if they do cold turkey so they have to decrease their intake slowly so it won't be life threatening. We can see that Ray doesn't drink recklessly, all the time, & hasn't been drunk since the day Sand told him he wanted him to stop. He still drinks it's just less & less. He is also doing it responsibly & safely because we haven't seen him going out with his friends anymore whom don't stop him from goin to far insteas Ray has been drinking only with Sand whom he trust will take care of him & stop him if he takes more then he should. It's a very realistic alcholic in rehab situation so it is a lot of progress actually. I also understand what Ray is doing with Sand & Boeing. With Ray's character/personality it's also very realistic for him to do things like that he's very straightforward & open to any situation as we've always seen him asking for threesoms as long as he's with Sand. Sand isn't really putting up boundaries on Boeing, he didn't even acknowledge yes this is my boyfriend Ray & when they first meet he told him "nothing has changed." When your ex comes back in to your life trying to hangout & being flirtatious their should be boundaries & clarification of no I don't think we should be friends or I have a boyfriend already. Sand did none of those things which suggested he wants to be close to Boeing or hasn't moved on at least that's what Ray is probably thinking with Sand's refusal of wanting to go home with Ray or even talking with Boeing with Ray present. Their was no reason Sand should push Ray away unless you feel uncomfortable being with both at the same time. When you've moved on & love someone else you shouldn't be uncomfortable to be with your ex. Ray saw discomfort so he had to take matters in to his own hands. For the first time it's not a threesome he wants but he needs to prove to himself & or to Sand that he doesn't have feelings for Boeing anymore. It's all mind games but Ray is a very honest person so he will tell him you can't be his friend or we will stop this. I don't really blame Sand either since it's also very realistic for his personality for him to be friends with his ex & not be able to put up boundaries or say no. When Ray is mad he lets him yell & push him around. Eveytime he told him to stay away from him because he didn't want to be the other person he still caved & gave in to Ray. Sand is that typical people pleaser, has to take care of everyone, & can't say no to have everyone happy character. Very different from the egocentric Ray which is why they easily fell in love. One wants to take care of the other & the other wants all the love & attention to himself. Long story short altough the situation is annoying for all the characters involved it makes perfect sense for them to react the way they do. I guess I just don't get why fans are confused & not understanding why it's happening & why their getting mad at Sand. Maybe it's just me looking at the bigger picture & seeing how all the characters & a series like Only Friends is. It's all toxic relationships with grey characters going trough real life shit, the romance isn't supposed to last for any of them.

Well thats how rehab works, you have to have an apt environment to change,, and in that too, you cant stop drinking all at once.. we saw progress on the last episode coz ray had a reason to consider stopping drinking.. but in this episode he still needed it..

So, for the first time, I am really irritated with Sand - why even play into Boeing like that he is your ex for a reason. He just kept going along with everything like why would he do that if he had just stopped Boeing in the beginning, I wouldn't be mad. And when Boeing said that him and Sand don't talk Ray knew it was a lie because Sand just told him Boeing came to see him so Ray already peeped Boeing's game - good for Ray correcting Boeing on not being just Sand's friend but boyfriend. I really freaked out when I thought Ray's affirmation of a threesome was going to happen. Also, I am not a fan of Ray drinking, but he has to stop in moderation he won't quit cold turkey. But again, I'm not a fan of him drinking. Lastly, I don't know what I am going to do with my life after episode 12. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

He’s drinking because he can’t go cold turkey. It is not recommended for alcoholics to go cold turkey because it can cause serious health issues and even death. Alcohol withdraw is very dangerous. The fact that Ray is only drinking at home and with Sand is a good thing. He’s being responsible and only drinking with someone he trusts.
