1st Recipe: This is a Beautiful Gelled Fruit Desert!!! At 1st I had to look up agar-agar... It is a non flavored gelatin powder. Easy to find in most all grocery stores. Again this is a beautiful, what in America is call a, Gelatin Fruit Salad, AKA a Jello Fruit Salad. Some of these Jello desserts are molded in pretty dishes, but this recipe does not need a special dish because it is especially lovely with the fruit showing through the gelled yogurt! Absolutely beautiful!!! 2nd Recipe: Question? Are the biscuits you use a little sweet? If yes, then maybe the biscuits are called Lady Fingers in both England and the U.S. This is a delicious looking recipe. The creamy part, is something like what I call a pudding or a custard. Very delicious in flavor and wonderful in creaminess. The biscuits give it a little firmness in the bottom. And what is shredded on the top? Is is white chocolate or what is called in the U.S. a vanilla bark? Or is it a sweet cheese? Either way it looks yummy. And as soon as I know what are all if the exact ingredients, I will be trying this recipe as well. Thank you again for sharing your love of making these very good and pretty deserts!
