Imo the arsenal is better as a finisher in landmarks decks however in thralls decks the spell shield could go a long way Edit: I forget that rashaa is the 8 mana kill 2 units from shadow isles not the unit that spawn from sarcophagus

Oh god the nostalgia. I remember watching swims theorycrafting about dawnspeakers. Game got launched, I was so ready. I did everything I could, I bought coins and made the deck, just to realise I had no idea how to actually play the game. I got my ass whooped, but finally in the plunder update I hit masters with Karma Lux.

By combat trick he specifically means a buff spell that can be played during combat. Single Combat is considered a removal spell, and contrary to the name is NOT considered a combat trick.

@@Crylikeamumu Whirling Death is a special case, because it can ONLY be cast in combat, and is a combat removal spell, which competes directly with combat tricks for deck space, similar to how Challenger units, removal spells and units with a damage/kill/stike play/summon effect sometimes compete with each other for the same slot in a deck. Single Combat can be cast outside of combat, and thus does not compete as directly with buff spells and the like for deck slots.

Nah, that's super straightforward. Swole Squirrel with Judgement gets to a gazillion attack in one go, and a leveled ASol going nuts can get you a board capable of doing 150+ damage in just a turn or two. The hardest part would probably be finding an opponent who doesn't surrender. It's a good challenge, but on the easier side compared to the entire bingo board.

Can someone explain to me why Rhaza fell outta fashion? It's a double kill with a decent body on top, the condition is to have an ally die which Shadow Isles likes to do anyway I mean sure you can't choose the target, but the opponent is not always going to have two small units to throw as fodder

It use to be 7 mana. Now it's an 8 mana board control, but you normally want 7+ mana cards to be game closers rather than just control

Does any shadow isle decks even have a spot for him? In shadow isle noxus aggro decks, he is the worst finisher you could choose from your options. In terms of board control you have vengance and ruination. Usually killing 1 key unit ( also mid combat) is more important then two, where one is hopefully good + needing the activation condition. And why would you run 3 vengance + Rhaza? If you want a finisher go ledros if we have to stay SI. Also Fearsome + killing the two weakest is not the best combo for an unit that can only be justified as a finisher. I think giving Rhaza Overwhelm (for fearsome) would make him a viable option in shadow isles. I mean, Just compare him to Captain farron.
