This was interesting. I stopped at 1:00:44. I meditated within 30 minutes of waking up from sleep and placed quartz Crystal and celestite on my forehead and white selenite on my heart. My heart certainly does feel very open. Almost vulnerable. I did see a couple flashes of white light. Once I achieved no thought space I then reprogramed my mind to experience higher creativity and willingness to experience slow and spiritual living again. I hope for the best.

I am a spiritual healer . Feel lots of energy coming through my hand s . I am currently giving healing to cancer patient who is having chemotherapy. The energy is now coming through my entire body and gets stronger and stronger each week. I am hoping that activating the kundelini will make the energy's flow strong. @@shakimdixon9815 I believe everybody has the power to heal. I start by saying a prayer asking for angelic protection. Then I connect to the ground . I ask for angel Raphael guides of light from God and and connect to source energy from above below me and all around . I feel the energies mostly coming through my hands . The energies disperse through the parts of the body that needs healing of the patients. When I started though it was a lot simpler. Over the years it has developed and grown . I meditate daily also and am continually inspired to try different techniques. To start ask God for protection and state you are only working with divine sources . Then ask for healing both emotional and physical for the patient . You and they will feel the energy passing through you . To start with it is usually your hands as they are sensitive to this . You open your heart chackra you also clean and cleanse all their chackras . Closing them down at the end . Thought and imagination is followed by energy . Keep things simple to start with . Just state your intention with a short prayer. Always wash your hands between patients . There is no need to touch them . Just hover your hands about and inch above them them above head and the healing will channel to where is. needed . Thought is followed by energy . I find relaxing meditation music helps though not essential. I sometimes use crystals again it is not essential . Everyone does things different you will be guided by the angels and your guides . You can direct you hands over other parts of the body if you feel drawn their . You don't have to touch them at all . Though I usually hold their hands at some point . light touching with permission to . Always connect to source energy . Don't use your own both you and the patient should feel invigorated after . They may cough a little as bad energy leaves the body . Every session of healing for me is totally different .

Ok, wow. I rarely comment on anything but I finally found a meditative audio I like thanks to you posting this (and creating it?) ❤️ This is truly beautiful. The hypnotic subtle tones in the background resonate so well with me. Video after video, I’ve been searching so long to find something just like this! The audio is predictable, as to not cause distraction as what’s to come next. There aren’t too many different sounds going on all at once. Nor is there any high pitched, sudden tones that tend to startle me. Even listening to ones with piano don’t work for me when meditating or sleeping because of the volume of the sound always changing(suddenly getting too loud). Idk I just had to comment all this so you can better understand why this one is so specifically helpful. ❤️ Thank you.

Look at it more as the Black Whole, I know exactly what you mean. This black hole is conceived to be a gateway into space and time stop and or mesh together forming singularity. When this singularity is met you are able to experience everything of which is the universe. We all need to connect and form a bond-ship or an agreement between all souls as it was in the beginning but not forget on which the agreement was founded on... Eternal love . When we are all created we view the world as an imaginary place of love , friendship, and happiness for all when we have yet to realize the corruption that is set forth ahead of us for The Love is Being Deconstructed for it is the Power that transcends the human consciousness into the spiritual plane. You can experience this plane in the Now rather than in the Later for when the mind is fully aware of the possibility's , the impossibility's vanish and dissipate into the black void for it is within this black found that all the possibility's are found. There is a higher power at work helping me speak with this love and understanding so that all can grasp this concept of the ordinary for it is now foreign for love ourselves and others regardless of having knowledge of them, but just loving them for who they are as the soul they are internally. When we loose past this physical reality and physical shell we are in , we see the true nature of reality and humanity for the love it harnesses. Starting from this point forward you are now going to be able to look at the sky , and stars in an esoteric way for you now understand the circle of being anew, the infinite skys above will shed light upon each soul. Once fully awoken you will no longer be asleep when you fall asleep, ,but rather aware of the alternate reality in which we dream of, but you are not dreaming, you are experiencing the higher-state unravel before your own eyes. Upon awaking from this slumber you will see that you are interchanging yourself between two worlds , in two planes, the reality and spiritual plane. You must be okay to leave this dream in which we call reallity and go into the black void of endless depths that accumulate spirit and mind into body.

Stimulating the nervous system, this is very powerful, the tingling sensation is questionable. Sound waves with certain frequency’s seem to show a universal experience, such as music. It can help boost a chemical reaction in the brain which stimulates feeling of pleasure, there needs to be more research into this to show physical signs of changes in the brain, changes that could potentially be used for medicinal purposes. After all the doctors keep saying there’s nothing better then the body to heal itself. The healing takes place when we sleep which could show the same physical stimulation of the nervous system. No hog wash just deep research.

I felt a sense of connection with everyone and everything around me, and your brain starts to come up with ideas about life that you would’ve never thought of unless you were in a deep meditation state. I’d recommend them 100%
