I'm pretty sure that they will release Index season 3 first, since Railgun is technically just a spin off. But I'm pretty sure that, should season 3 be successful, railgun will get a sequel aswell. Actually, in January, I was looking for some songs, to quickly fill my playlist (for a boring 4 hour bus-ride to Amsterdam (Miku Expo)). One of those songs I wanted for this was "only my railgun". I found this and quickly took it (I was a bit in a hurry, cos it was two hours before the bus leaved) . It was weeks later, that I realized it's a cover. So yes, it's a real brilliant cover.
