Just wait for a year. By that time all the players better than you would have reached 7.5k and won't play casual ladder anymore as they cannot drop or push from 7.5k and you will become the best player in that mode.

It's mainly a level thing so I think the best way would be to focus on one single deck and level it up as much as possible
