My guess is that the randomizer have randomized weapon traits and the poison lance has the Armads traits, so there might be a weapon out there that is Eclipse.

For when the music randomly stops, it’s because the game really loves merlinus, and when he dies, so too does the enemy phase music Oh and if you hadn’t already noticed, the slim lance is a reaver, that’s why shanna had abysmal hit rates on the start of chapter 2

Thought I’d mention that the newer versions of the randomizer do actually change weapon descriptions to reflect the traits added. It makes adding random traits to weapons much more playable.

The weapons that got special effects through the randomizer so far are: The Toxic Lance which now grants a +5 Defense bonus The Steel Lance and Halberd which have gained the brave effect

To answer your question about weapon effects, yes. Every steel lance and halberd will be Brave, every poison lance has +5 Def. Im pretty sure The current list is: Steel Lance/Halberd, Brave Poison Lance, +5 Def Slim Lance, Reaver/Breaker
