Gott in Irland ist richtig, Werner. Jetzt habe ich auch noch eine Einladung von Dave zum verfruehten Forellenanangeln bekommen, was willste mehr?. Am Wochenende geht's bei ihm im County Sligo schon los. Also nichts wie hin. Hoffentlich macht das Wetter mit. Viele Gruesse nach Vach, das Fruehjahr ist nicht mehr weit.

You see, Robert, there was this feller by the name of Bo and he visited a friend wanting to catch a pike, which he did and we were all invited to eat his famous pike ball soup. To cut a long story short, after much hesitating paired with scepticism we had to admit: the stuff tastes delicious. All the best and cheers.

You did notice as soon as you said “pike ball soup” he came off? I’d call that a schoolboy error. Also, if I’m killing a fish I always kill the first one, otherwise they stop biting. You have done this before?

No, that is a DAM Finessa. My grandmother gave it to me on my Confirmation day, May 1967, and the reel still works perfectly. All the best, thank you for watching and take care.

Home brew surely, Henry. Ate that pike ball soup once, loved it, and, I have the recipe but have never tried, or dared, to cook the stuff. So maybe another day. Take care have a good season and cheers.
