Cool down upgrade > faster shooting > more dps > more dmg Cool down upgrade = more dmg So technically he didn't lie

@@pokerusfreak8194 True, however, it affects the cooldowns of abilities/dashes. Therefore: Lower cool down > more dashes > lose less hp + more dashes to do dmg > survive longer from dodging with dashes > more time to do dmg > overall more dmg

Do you not have banishes unlocked or are there no innate ones. If I remember right they banish all the choices for that level up, making it easier to get rid of all the low tier gray ones or even blues leaving only the high tier ones to pick from.
