You should try incorporating fenugreek seeds and soy milk into your diet. I’ve used it to help reduce the pain and it helped after some time. Switching to a more plant based and organic diet could be something else to try. All the best though! 💜

Oh Bells 💔 I'm so sorry. At first I didn't want to comment on this whole situation because it's honestly terrible and hurtful for both yourself and your audience (myself included). But i see you have closed all your social media and comments sections. I believe in second chances, I believe in people being given a chance to rectify their wrongs. I may not quite comprehend what must have been going on in your mind at the time for you to engage in such chats, but I understand that - that is the past you and you have honestly grown, learnt and unlearned some things. How terrible would like be if we all had to be treated based on our passed, our bad choices....Life would be so terrible. This is why we have forgiveness. It's unfortunate that with social media situations like this one meet us all at different points of our lives and hence our reactions to it. I am disappointed. But I accept your apology. And I hope and pray this does not get you into a state of depression. Please put your mental health first during this time. I know you regret everything and if we could turn back the hands of time you would make different choices, but here we are. TAke this time to make peace with the entire situation, cry if you need to, Not sure if you are spiritual, but pray more for strength to overcome it and for wisdom. Forgive yourself, and i mean really forgive yourself...I know you will come back strong from this. You create amazing content that provides an escape and cheers a lot of people up. I'd hate for you to stop doing what you love. I'd hate to never have to see you again. This too shall pass.
