31:10 Sir ji hygiene issue is very concerning everyone wants to use clean toilet but no one wants to keep it clean we only have to press the flush button or use tap water to clean in our Country people are habitual of urinating on road or spite on road ,or open defecation

They are not begging but asking for the donation,..mind ur language, Dharm aur Karm dono important h ,..Do contribution in our GDP pay more taxes,..then our gov will be able to provide more funds to our Railway Ministry,..and then they will be able to enhance the facilities and capacity.. learn basic economics focus on ur study,.. criticising ur own religion not gonna make u a bureaucrat..
