I may be wrong but there is a slight confusion.. i think the police custody is of 15 days only but it can be taken in a split manner... Earlier once judicial custody is granted, the accused could not be sent to police custody but as per new law... Police can demand police custody even after judicial custody if 15 day period is not over upto 60 or 90 days

B) Concern: lack of Gender neutral law, 14 days before FIR, 90 days custody. 2. Voter Anonymity: a) Mr Thakur an MP from UP said that certain community did not expect him to work for them because they did not vote for him. 3. India Nepal relation: a) Open border ie Visa Free, Gorkha, Kasi viswanath temple, Power(100% petroleum from India, electricity from nepal), Tourism, remittance to nepal(22.4% of nepal GDP), India as first responder to nepal disaster.
