I am currently 84 kg, and my ideal weight is 55 kg. I will update here every week 🥰 Week 1 - 82.8 kg 💪- reasons - using public transport at the place of scooty . Around Walking 2 km for taking public transport and during classes . Replacing canteen junk with proper salad and fruit lunch and replace lift with stairs , drinking water + 30 min eve walk 🚶♀️. 26 April, hey, I am sorry I forgot about this comment. Currently, my weight is 80 kg 😍 And I am just following the previous schedule and 1 week roza, that's it . Hloo today 15 may my weight is 79 kg same routine with lots of water on 6 june right now 78 kg summer break is going on 10 k daily walk. Hlo on 26 June my weight is 77 kg same routine 10 k walk , no dinner after 7 pm , 50 wall push up thats it 🙃. 18 July my weight is 76 kg and my exercise routine is walking 5- 6 k steps daily that's it I don't have any time for exercise because I am a medical student and my Terminals is going on 🥲. Right now, my weight is 69. The first time I am in my fit bmi . I am so happy 😊 ❤️

I was 75kgs , one day my stomach ached very bad for 2 days. I went for ultrasound and got to know I have gallstone and fatty liver. Doc told me that you are overweight and you are at risk of heart disease too. That day was my turning point. I decided to lose 20kgs. I started IF and completely eliminated simple carbs, oily & fried food, store bought and sugar from my diet. I gradually started noticing change in my weight. Now after 1.5 months I have been able to cut around 12kgs. Include walking 10k steps. If I can do it you can too. Stay positive ✨️ 😊

@@nilimabhide4838 bus diet pe dhyan do...weight mainly dieting se him kum..hota hai diet plan-breakfast normal ..like 1 paratha +milk tea,lunch -1 roti and sbzi ,chach,evening -green tea ,dinner- 1 veg sandwich or oats or soup. Green tea /cinnamon or ginger tea thrice a day. 1 hour light excercise in morning. You can loose 4-5 kgs in a month with this plan .Just trust yourself...everyone can lose weight. 😊

Rich people have time in their hands, they have helpers at home for housework, they can buy any food they want like whey protein powder (super expensive) etc, they can have expensive nutritionist and personal trainer at gym. Their day is quite different from middle class families. Unfortunately, the middle classes ladies too have fat but they do not have time and money to go about the same way these ladies are going. So It is MUST that they show how middle class people are doing it.

It felt like I wasn't in control of my actions. Adding Phenq pills to my journey just made things easier. Eating less became possible and I also had enough energy to exercise. Do you want to loose weight if yes than start ading protien base diet, regular exercises, 300 to 400 gram mix salad , evening light. Do not need to strict calorie cutting. Do this with consistancy...
