Even if it doesn’t make it into a reaction video I’d highly recommend the behind the scenes videos for the mvs, they’re so so cute they’re a great insight into the thoughtfulness and hard work of the series and you get to see how much the boys are loving it- in particular i love the because and beyond behind the scenes, rie and junji did a lot of cute stuff for the bed scenes (which was all improv) and nine and mill’s kiss scene filming is so much fun to watch because of how invested in it yoojung was 😭 and nine desperately trying to make their lips touch

Don't know if someone already told you, but they said in one of their mvs reaction that the phone boot is a symbol of a new way of thinking, so that's why it's put in relation of the couple's relationship: Yoojung waiting for KB there and him stumbling inside; Rie shuting himself inside alone; Mill and Nine just meeting each toher there cause they don't have issues around their sexuality. I'd loved if you'd read the descriptions on each video! they add a lot of emotion and thought on this project. Also THAT part with Mill and Nine gazing each other over the cake- chef kiss. The acting, the subtlety as you said, is on point with everyone! but imo Mill and Nine are specially wonderful.

What more do we know about their BL drama? Are they all in it? Will it be online only or on a streaming service (Viki)? Has it already been shot?? I need to know 😂😭 As far as more content goes, I'll be seeing and filming them live as I've already mentioned and I'll upload the show when that's all said and done....I will also be reacting to their behind-the-scenes of their solo MV's (which I didn't know they had haha). Album listens for sure. Variety shows are a tough one; I don’t really enjoy variety shows as a whole and maybe only like moments of them. Growing up my family always had a ton of variety shows playing in Italian and Spanish, and so I grew to dislike them 😭😭😭😂😂

​@Marco Gennuso The name of the drama is "Bump up business." There was a conference in order to give a little bit of information about the drama, you can watch it in the channel of "nagOngie" (I highly recommend watching this channel's videos, because they are iconic in lyonville), and also kind of behind the scene and interview with members (one video) in the official channel of OnlyOneOf. So, apparently, all the members will appear in the drama. But who will be the leads and which pairs will appear is not certain. Maybe there will be units that we didn't expect... Actually, there was information that drama will be released in June or July of this year, but with their schedule I'm not sure if it is for sure. The drama will be filmed according to the manga called as the title of the drama. However, there will be changes in the script (the only thing that makes me happy is this information, because manga is just awful). There will be 8 episodes 15 minutes long. I hope you will be able to react to it when it's out. It will be interesting, because in manga there is kissing scenes, etc.😅

Finally got to see this latest reaction to wrap up the "undergrOund idOl" series, it was so fun and enjoyable as always ! First, thank you so much once again for this series of reactions to OnlyOneOf, this has been so great to follow your journey discovering their songs so far ! Especially with you being such a kind and passionate reactor. Can attest i'll be there for sure to follow the rest of your journey (like for the behind the scenes and b-sides reactions you mentionned) ! Also hope you'll get to enjoy the concert to the fullest and have a great time there :) While "beat" is also my least fave song out of all 6 solos, would concede that it does suit Mill's rap style very well. It's just that the difference in sound is so jarring compared to the other songs from the "be series"... however the MV is well put-together just as the 5 other ones, and i agree that Mill is absolutely adorable with these glasses and beautiful eye-makeup. Him and Nine did a great acting job, and the song actually suited the tension present throughout the MV quite well (with the bullying and fear of being beaten that their characters have to face). Loved your reaction to "beyOnd" as well ! For the lyrics "The tip of my nose itches, god bless", it can both be linked to the sense of touch (such as noses almost touching because the characters are so physically close, like you suggested and like it's represented in the video) and to the sense of smell (as we can see in the lyrics that precede "Your scent makes me dizzy" and "Drunk and getting drunk by your body scent" : as he breathes in his lover/love interest's scent like the fragrance of a flower, the narrator's nose itches and it makes him sneeze). This word-play might suggest that this tiny inconvenience of a sneeze is considered as "a blessing from god" by the character because it's caused by love and attraction. Or that the character wishes that the confused feelings which bloom in his heart (when breathing in this scent of his lover / touching noses with him) could be blessed, and not considered as a sin and punished with violence (ex : bullying in the MV). In fact, the images of perfume and scent are recurring elements in OOO's discography, symbolizing sources of attraction and seduction that confuse the characters but also make them obsessed - for instance in the songs "instinct", "blOOm", "be free", or especially "byredO". As you already noticed, all OOO songs are interconnected in some way or reference each others. There are lots of recurring topics, themes and images throughout the group's discography. The reference to "mirage" in "seOul drift" may not be a coincidence, as the theme of mirage as a confusing hallucination or fantasy dreamed by the characters has already appeared in the songs "blOssOm" or "desert". Even their new song "mirage" seems to echo some aspects of "seOul drift" (or maybe the story of JunJi's and Rie's characters in "because"), talking about 2 characters drifting apart but also about the narrator still hoping for their relationship to be rekindled, even if it's a dellusion. As for "seOul drift" MV in itself, it's indeed often interpreted as a sequel to the "be series", where the characters have grown up experiencing the difficulties of living in a city/society that crushes them with high expectations, strict standards and oppressive norms to conform to, while facing loneliness after suppressing their feelings/identity and drifting apart from each others. In fact, there seems to be some lingering tension and hesitation between the characters, especially Nine's and Mill's (who sit in the cafe without really interacting with each other) or JunJi's and Rie's (who 1st sit in the laundromat back to back, still not ready to face each other and interact). But as much as the song acknowledges these obstacles, it also deals with the characters' empowerement and will to face and overcome the challenges (by finally finding and embracing their true selves) - and their wish to escape this city so that they can fully express who they really are. We have for instance Yoojung's character reaching out to KB's by calling him in the payphone, then willingly joining him for a ride/date in his car + Rie's character confidently walking out of the payphone and in the laundromat with his rainbow bag, now being out in the open and proud of his identity after learning to accept himself more and let go of his fear + JunJi's character letting go of his anger and stopping to close himself off from Rie's, as they reconnect and begin to have fun together in the laundromat just like they used to in "be mine" and "because" MVs. So there seems to be hope for the characters' relationships to bloom again... or is it just another mirage ? Once again, it's up to you to make your own opinion and interpretation ! X')

I totally understand why a lot of people didn't like Beat, it's soooo different from the rest of the songs. But, despite rap not being my favorite part of kpop, I actually really like Beat. It's hard to rank the songs individually bc I just mentally pair them up so much, but gun to my head I think I'd put Beat as my 3rd favorite after Begin and Be Free. Controversial, but I stand by it. Maybe it's because as a longtime metalhead I like the intensity of it, or bc going so hardcore for a love song is a very Stray Kids move which I appreciate lol. I tend to rank the songs as pairs based on certain aspects of the music and videos. Best song pairing: Begin and Be Free, they just sound like they would be on the same album of super-cool summer bops while still being different enough to stand on their own individually. And they're the ones I go back to listen to the most. Best video style: Again, Begin and Be Free just works for me so well aesthetically. The purple lights, grimy little restaurant, framing each other through glass. *chef's kiss* Best video story: Beat and Beyond. What can I say, the new kid and artsy nerd romance just appeals to my inner BL fan so much. Best chemistry: Rie and Junji. Stylistically their songs didn't appeal as much to me, too much falsetto and a bit too R&B influenced for my tastes, tho they're still great songs. And the storyline of their videos was kinda confusing/unclear. Buuut, man did they have some great acting moments and their chemistry was insane. I'm a sucker for seeing established couples just be flirty and they nailed it so naturally. Your reactions to this series were so fun! Onlyoneof is soooo underrated so I'm always thrilled to see them get more love.

For me its Be Mine = Be Free > Beat > Beyond = Begin > Because song wise. The concert reorganized my list a bit because I used to be less interested in Beyond until I saw/heard it live then it slid up the ranks. If you're going to move on to songs without videos I def. recommend "? (question mark)", "coy", "blueblueseoul" (which they also have in japanese but this is the vers on the newest album), and "designer". Looking forward to more fun OnlyOneOf vids!

I think "beat" suits mill because it sounds very, like, idk, appropriate for a teenager. I believe he's the youngest and it makes sense for his song to be like "tell em to beat it, imma make u feel high, bro" 😂 that's the vibe I get. Meanwhile, YJ and Rie are scared and sad and hoping they can love and be loved.. Again, sad. I have enough pain in my daily life, YJ's at least has hope in it but Rie's looks like the end of the relationship😢 also, the fact that Junji's song says "I'll ruin you" and we can see a sad/ruined Rie in the next song just kills me.
