I saw the re-release in theaters last week. It was fun, but certainly not necessary. Nothing they added back in was important or anything, but I would've paid to see the normal version in theaters again, so I was fine with it. If they release the extended cut online, it's maybe worth renting if you're curious as to what they added, but I wouldn't recommend buying it if you already have the original since it doesn't have enough new stuff to warrant that. This is one of my favorite HISHE's. Lots of good points added in and fun little jokes, including lots of references to previous Spider-Man HISHEs (the "bright idea" guy originated in the Spider-Man 3 HISHE and has shown in pretty much every Spider-Man HISHE since, and Andrew Garfield pointing a gun at Batman is a reference to the TASM2 HISHE). It's a pretty great video, and this was a great reaction, as always!

I didn't like the ending, and I didn't like that Aunt May died--I guess I am just a "happily ever after" person if I am going to pay for a movie ticket! Anyway, I really liked the ending where Peter comes back with a story to tell! It would have also worked to have Mysterio disappear!
