Which shiki should i up skill? Long, ebisu sp, enenra sp, inu sp or fengyang? I had 1 ebisu and 1 long full skill

It depends on how far you want to go in PvP. If you only want 3000Pt, SP Inugami is a good choice. If you want to go higher, I personally think the second SP Ebisu > Fengyang.
