Here r the changes they gave her: 2nd skill (passive) has increased chance to apply her debuff mark, and her mark got buffed so that when enemy takes dmg from it, their speed is reduced by 20. 3rd skill has increased speed modifier, but lower base chance. She now increases her daze chance by 1 for every 3 points of speed higher than her target (old is 5)
