he is available forever in the ssr shiki pool, dont worry! u can always summon him (the only shikis that cant be summoned are ryomen and collab characters), and if he doesnt come through summon, u can always acquire his shards (u need 50 of the shards to get a ssr shiki like taishakuten) through asking for them in your guild, or obtaining them through demon parade, though a chance to catch them is very low. you can also wait for chance up/rate up events, like this one with asura that is going on rn
