In ets 2 they are two escort Vehicles One in the front and one in the back In case of single lane the front vehicle slows down the incoming traffic I hope if toe3 add escort Vehicles they do this

Yes, when I first had this job I thought it was stupid and the escort was just ruining the traffic. One time in UTS, after the escort entered the entrance highway (the narrow one) an AI car slipped in between so we got stuck. The escort wouldn't move because it was waiting for me but I couldn't move because the AI is blocking me.
