ONRYO GOT BUFFED?!

In this match we explain how to go about playing the all new Onryo, and what things you might want to consider while playing her. The buff removed the condemn cooldown, increased the movement speed duration after teleporting, increased condemn lock on hook to 3 max with each hook, and increased her movement while manifesting in chase!

I use the ring drawing addon and I use the videotape copy addon the videotape copy addon increases the radius where it gets a stack of condemnation on the survivor

She's so fun now, i'm getting so many strong games. After the rework I basically stopped playing her because it was so boring. She feels so good to play now. It's rewarding to track them; the invis doesn't punish you just for using it; and the tapes don't punish the survivors.

I quit playing Sadako after her first rework as I was never a fan of the condemned playstyle Ever since this new rework she got, I’ve been enjoying her again like I used to She feels way better to play as and against, is a lot more fun, and back to being focused on manifest mindgames which was always my favorite aspect of her The changes she got recently are legitimately almost every change I’ve asked for BHVR to do since her release The only thing missing for me is newspaper being made base kit, but I’m happy with the spot she’s in Chucky might be my main now, but Sadako is back in my roster of main killers again

With the new Onryo - I literally focus on condemn. The difference is I hook them to lock in the condemn. Condemn is very strong.

They should make it so that every time somebody picks up a tape their location is given to you every minute or so. Would stop them from hoarding tapes and actually putting them away.

BROS OMG I just found the holy grail build for sadako😭😭😭😭 so it works like this Iri remote control because it’s just to good not to have with bloody fingernails is a stupid good combo, but the perks are important Face The darkness Hex Undying Lethal purser to increase the aura read from ftd from 2 seconds to 4 seconds And rapid brutality has been my favorite you get so much got damn info I’m getting so many Moris😭 the beginning of the match is so important just turn off all tvs like he says in the video it causes panic make sure you activate face the darkness before cooldown is off so you can immediately get to work! She feels good! I just know there gonna touch her again unfortunately

her basekit is; locks in 3 max now. 1 stack of condemned is applied within a 16 meter radius from a tv you teleported to. she gains a massive speed boost for the first 2 seconds after coming out of a tv. she does not get stunned by pallets while demanifested. her teleport has no cooldown but the tv does turn off temporarily. 7 stacks of condemned need to be applied to mori a downed survivor. similar to spirit, she will intermittently be invisible every 5 seconds or so (i dont remember). similar to freddy, she cannot be seen from 24 meters and up while demanifested. she becomes undetectable while demanifested but has a lullaby, similar to freddy in his dream world. she runs at 4.6 m/s or 115%. she has short height. her terror radius is 24. stolen tapes need to be out away in the farthest tv. taking a tape turns off a tv temporarily. inserting a tape removes 3 stacks of unlocked condemned.

Hmmm 🤔 let me get this straight, so if a survivor has 6 stacks of condemned and I hook them, they’d have 3 of those locked in but the other 3 they’d be able to get rid of? Then if I hook them a second time and they had 6 stacks, it’d lock in 3 stacks making all 6 of those stacks locked in permanently? SOMEONE PLZ EXPLAIN IT TO ME 😂😭😂😭

On the patch following the Alan wake patch, they removed the condemn cooldown, increased the condemn lock-in to 3 instead of 2 and changed some other stuff as well

I actually just got Sadako to Prestige 6 after taking a break from playing her when BHVR briefly nerfed her into the floor, happy to be able to play her again after BHVR reverted some of her buffs. ...Now I'm just upset about what they did to the Iri Videotape.

Try surge and brutal strengh with her,the other two perks use what you want,use the iri tape addon with other addon you like,and use her as a fast teleporting killer,you Will see that the tape is another form of playing with her without using condem, and i think is Even better than this one

Global condemn she had no chase and it took longer to get them to full stacks. Old sadako had no lock in. But she was quite unhealthy for the game. The new one is way healthier but scarier if she’s doing well in chase.

Usually you avoid hooking but when the chance is given for free you do it, its to add more pressure to the survivors than there already is

Question I use Phone add-on when i ppay Sadoko so help her in chase because it applies yhe Hondered Satus effect. I wanted to know is that Add-on good? Because i gotten a lot of Value from it and i find it fun to deny fast valts or just slow them down enough to still snipe them.

3% for 3 seconds is unfortunately not that great. On certain loops however you can catch survivors off guard by utilizing her demanifest mindgames and that's pretty nice for pallet loops.

You're welcome. In protest been tanking her 0k after 0k over and over. It's the only way to get through to bhvr. They listen too the squeaky wheel everytime which is survivors 4 to 1. The only way to fix killer issues is data.

@@IvaryTV ngl I don't see anything wrong with thee new thee new cap since Im able to get more condeem kills then before plus u don't need condeem kills to use yur power it can be used for slowdown that's what it's strongest at since matches can be 20 minutes long so even though onyro doesn't have thee best chase (it's her best chase of all versions of her) thee cool down u get from onyro u can stay in more chases cuz of it so yes sadako is much weaker but if u are suggesting that thee buffs aren't buffs then that's just wrong she's not a tier but she's no longer c tier I would say b tier cuz even if survivors pick up tapes at thee beginning of thee game u can still get condeem and thee cool down still applies since they gotta put thee tape in a tv

i don't feel like this "buff" is enough though. you had to do so much to get condemn kills and you also have to consider ppl playing onryo not being as skilled as you thinking about everything that could or could not happen. that's way too weak for the casual player in my opinion and requires way too much work for such a small outcome. you have lost 4 gens for all this preparation just to get to this point of pressure and you played this extremely tactical. pretty underwhelming in my opinion :/

I think she's just a noob stomper. I like playing against her. It's like a different game, and it's much more tense. But if you have teammates who don't know how her power works you just lose.
