The multiverse was destroyed by Anti-Monitor and all that remained was one reality, but it’s still tied to that same Big Bang. Then the multiverse became infinite again. To my knowledge the Big Bang hasn’t been retconned to have only made one reality. Like a character who isn’t aware of all that primal history going to the Big Bang and saying, “The Big Bang, the creation of the universe.” doesn’t contradict it creating other realities. It just confirms that it did in fact create that character’s native reality as well.

It took Superboy prime multiple hours to destroy reality. Not that impressive. Savage hulk has reality destroying punches as well. When he destroyed onslought’s armor it was mentioned hulk destroyed his reality warping power. Also that was not mindless hulk, it was a very angry savage hulk.
