I think they are well built especially for ten bucks. The steel is only 420 but it's OK for the price.

I was looking to buy,then I noticed 2 prices for same knife one was like 50 cents more and had a TC added to the discretion? Can you tell me why or what this is/

If you need to practice sharpening skills......these are perfect, they will need constant sharpening. If they would make them in better steel they would really be practical.

For 10 bucks, I can't really complain. But seriously, I'd pay 30 to 40 for 14c28n or even D2. They are well built knives tho.

Definitely very similar but smaller all around. I'm doubt Ontario's 420 is anywhere close to Bucks 420HC and heat treat.
