One of the reforms he has to do is to stop buying V8 for the parliamentarians. They should buy their own cars. They should get government houses but they have to pay rent. They should employ their own housemaid and pay them by themselves. They have to pay for their own gas. That is part of colonial mentality. The president should get a tv and radio stations to talk and show every program to the people with local languages especially the rural area.
