Hopefully it's gonna be either like ready player one with haptics suits and multidirectional treadmills wich i think would cost a lot of money or like in the matrix where you connect your brain to a virtual reality through a brain implant wich in my opinion is a lot less bulky and should cost less for more but you need to get it implanted wich might be too much for some people.

What we are witnessing here is basically the Playstation 1 of VR technology. This game represents Counter-Strike 1.6 of esports basically. But rather this is the first edition of VR League. In 10 years we are going to have such advanced technology, that God, we are basically going to be able to take a pill and be teleported into another world lmfao. Gosh this is so crazy that we are witnessing this first ever version of VR gaming. I wonder what games will be like in 5 years.

Eventually intel backed out, and it spiralled. Also tbh I was just tired of doing it I played all day long and got a new job doing real-estate in Toronto.

@Jon For short It’s not that because my friends can afford it, they just don’t believe in it enough to get a decent PC and a Quest or any other headset. It’s a shame PSVR doesn’t have the same catalog as PC games. The PSVR aim controller is cool but it’s the extent of what they find fun. They haven’t experienced Pavlov, Onward or any other cool PCVR games that utilizes the hand controllers with true haptic feedback and finger tracking. Sadly I got my setup shortly before this virus situation so hopefully when it’s all over I can show them.

It bugs me so much seeing someone get shot at, and that person proceeds to keep peeking around the same corner instead of switching positions... proper Tactics work really well in VR. And can you switch hands with the guns in this game? You should always hold the gun in the correct hand when peeking around a corner from the left or right side to minimize exposure. Combine all the little things and you will survive much longer and be much more effective overall.

Yep, you can hand-switch, if you need to bum rush it's not necessary, but I found this an issue as well when they were peeking corners with their entire face out...I guess most of these VR teams never did the minimum of playing Airsoft or Paintball where it's an absolute necessity.

You have to realize the concept of energy: you can produce energy with reduced pollution but then how do you consume it? You will reject heat, heat accumulates in confined environment, it's just how physic works, it tries to expand itself, if it cannot it will only accumulate and ramp up. Even to produce a cube of ice you need a certain amount of energy to create heat, you need about 100 more time that amount of energy to chill one unit of heat (calorie) you just produced. Heat does not disappear by making a wish you have to convey it somewhere if you don't want to get cooked. There is a limit and the only to escape such physical limit in a confined environment is death or as I said to convey it somewhere, on earth that somewhere is space, good luck with with that. Read the laws of thermodynamics there are much shorter and way more explicit than I am.

Honestly, it would take very little time for anyone trained in military tactics to get the hang of this, so little that its actually possible they'd go from knowing nothing to actually winning in a single round, VR is insanely intuitive. I had had no issues getting to grips with games like this and pavlov etc, my only real learning curve was my inexperience with firearms, working out how certain guns reload was basically all i had to learn, like, i know how to shove a mag into a pistol, or reload a revolver or a bolt action rifle, but i had to learn where all the different cocking leavers on all the different machine guns were, and really, that's nothing. The biggest difference between pro gamers and navy seals would be things like knowing the map but seals are much more highly trained in things like breaching buildings without knowing the internal layouts, that and other small things like having to learn how much power you need to put in to throw a virtual grenade certain distances. I feel like things would be pretty even at first if you just chucked some seals in with no vr experience, give the seals maybe 2 hours to get the feel of the game and throw some grenades and stuff and i think pro gamers would have an extremely tough fight on their hands.

@@AveryHyena dont use stocks period. Nobody who is actually good seriously uses them. This vid is a year old, people have figured out by now that its better to prop one arm against your chest and move your other arm to aim. (I've got 500+hrs on pavlov)
