Its not working prob bc u never played an EA game on ur acc. If h played any ubisoft games were u need to create an acc to play like rainbow six. U can go on the ubisoft website and sign in there if u know the password or not u can probably reset the password better not like with ur psn account. If u signed in, go to account details than on account-details again and down there u find ur dob that u used for the acc.

it said that dob was incorrect, so I contacted customer support and literally EVERY SINGLE QUESTION they asked me I couldn’t answer “What’s the first and last 4 digits of the credit/debit card you used” “Idk it was my moms old one” “What’s the transaction Id of a recent transaction” “Idk I delete my old emails” “What’s the serial # of the device you signed into the account with” “Idk I don’t have it anymore” The ONLY information I could provide was my email (and proof I have access to it) and my account name, so the customer service person basically said “yeah you’re screwed”

Thank you save my life. Still work on June 2022. For those who cannot get the reset password email, you need to change your IP, you can do it like reseting your router, if doesn't work try to reset the password using your phone carrier (disabling wifi) and try again. I hope it help.
