This is such a fantastic idea. Getting elders to tell our history how it happened is genius. I hope other nations in Nigeria will follow this example. We have to tell our stories ourselves, God bless you guys for this.

Don't ever type the rubbish you posted here again hypocrite, so after killing our grandfathers, sisters, brothers, uncles, aunts and grandmothers because of Biafra declaration only for you to say we are not Biafrans. I'm from Ogbia local gov't in Bayelsa, Who made you our mouthpiece? We have been living in peace with our Igbo brothers and sisters from hinterland of Biafra, Hausa/Fulani and Yoruba should stay away from we the Old Easterners. We can never be divided again because their divide and rule tactic is over, Biafra is our nation.

Emem U 30+ million Igbo have not considered minorities, but somehow you have done that single handedly. Please do not come and spew anti igbo propaganda, we have coexisted with neighbouring ethnicities for a millennium. Biafra was never about Igbos

Emem U The way Nigerians are so emotionally connected with the concept of Nigera. Youd think Nigeria worked or provided the most basic functions of a modern state.

Upon all of my research online it is the listening of stories from people like this that I learn for the first time that "Rivers state people" played a sabotage role in the war I honestly had no idea of such sadness also this explain the operation tailwind being so successful from sea . As the saying goes someone inside has to open the door from inside for foul smells to enter
