16:00 But in books,it is written that polar body has very less cytoplasm
@Meenaz-hi5yx4 жыл бұрын
Indeed coz primary oocyte unndergoes unequal cytokinesis due to which equal nucleus is decided between the two bt secondary oocyte receives more cytoplasm ,thus comparatively polar body has less cytoplasm and further degenerated after some time

Thank you for your hardwork in Explaining the Topic sir. Really got it well.

Super explanation sri keep it up for us
@satishganta21863 жыл бұрын
u said (16:03) polar body does not have a nucleus. It's a wrong statement. They do have a nucleus but very little cytoplasm. That's why they degenerate.

@dr.mitochondria984 жыл бұрын
@@princerajyadav4771 Yes!! U r right actually I missed it...Oogonia are present before the birth and they perform mitosis to form several oogania (2n) which are 2 M I think and further these oogonia starts division and enter into prophase 1 of meiosis and there the oocytes get arrested in diplotene stage ... I think this might b the procedure if I M not wrong😅 And as sir has written germinal cell is egg mother cell and egg mother cell is OOGONIA itself Sooooo......😶
