Basically how much he's forcing his vocals. By "over projecting", he is pushing hard in an unhealthy way. There are ways to do harsh vocals that won't hurt your voice but these folks do not do it safely. ​@@Neuroprophet

broke up, & i think the vocalists refused to pay the instrumentalists their share of the royalties. so overall must be some bad blood or something, i’m thinking at least

The vocalists broke off and formed Orphan, and the guitarist and drummer formed PeelingFlesh. Both grouos are still releasing music.
