One of the large content creators have to sue KZbin for DMCA violations. Daily they actually ignore large parts of the DMCA itself, including portions for monetizing content of a criminal nature which include Google ads and AdSense, to the sections that deal with protection of data. They are supposed to have either a third party or a dedicated division that handles copyright appeals. Instead, they've used AI for 99.99999% of all appeals. The KZbin staff seem to be either worthless accomplices or NDA stricken because no one talks about it but everyone knows about it.

They automate everything. I highlighted spam comments and told people to report them. All bitcoin spam scam nonsense. Thousands of likes and 20+ bot comments discussing the coin and Elon. Anyway, the bot accounts spam reported my comment as "harmful" and I got a warning from KZbin that my account could be suspended or terminated. Not a creator. Uploaded a private video of my kid 12 years ago. That's it. Jusr that one comment getting spam reported by bot accounts. Contacted google with all relevant info including the name of the coin so their filters could remove it. KZbin is too big and the few google corpos making money off it do not care. No competition means DMCA will be abused, spam bots rule, and the accounts pushing traffic to prawn and pdf file sites will remain.

This kind of thing happened with a friend of mine. He used to be a youtuber until he was randomly hit with a copyright strike and lost his monetization. But before that, they were supposed to pay him like $2000 or $20,000 and they told him they won’t send it. He kept trying to contact them for weeks and he wouldn’t get any actual response. They just kept telling him to give information or make a repeal and after some time he gave up and went to google support where he actually got a REAL response only to be told that the guy didn’t know what to do. So my friend had to give up his channel and was literally ROBBED of his money. Money that he desperately needed to help him get through an already struggling life.

I feel like that’s such a weird thing for KZbin to allow. If there’s a copyright claim KZbin should collet party an and b’s information. If/when it goes to court a licensed lawyer/da etc can collect the data. It can only be seen by a judge, law enforcement and/or a lawyer on a need to know basis. This info should only to be used in the case. No KZbinr should be able to collect that kind of information. That is super unsafe.

Pretty crazy to recall how he went from making GTA cryptid videos and went through a period of many channels being made and watching these short animated creepypasta esque type videos to making nickacado avocado vids and has just blown up on the Internet.
