I have had an Ooni 3 (mine is Uuni 3) for a few years now. I cannot get the pellets (OOni pellets stored in a sealed plastic bucket with desiccant) to burn clean. No matter what I do the oven comes out caked in soot and the pizzas are inedible. I wish you would make a video of someone using this oven from lighting to cooking showing everything in between( top offs, chute setting...). For what it’s worth the gas burner is awesome but that’s not why I purchased the Ooni. I really want to like this oven, but can not recommend it until this is remedied. Evidently there is a rather large online community that has this same problem and the usual recommendation they have is to use a fan (blowing into the burner) and a jam funnel on the burner feed. Will you please make this video? Real time cook with all top offs etc...

@@Oonihq why the usual vague general response? How about instead of being like all other robotic automated companies with these poor responses, you actually listen to this person and everyone with this problem and do something about it like make a video since Ooni has a youtube channel and that's what people usually do on youtube? Customer service subpar.

Any luck remedying this issue? I am seriously thinking of purchasing an older Uuni pellet oven. I understand that when hot 3nough, the soot and creosote is burned off. Yes, would like to see detailed videos showing heat/flame control when using pellets. Not sure if the older stoves hav3 a dampercontrol

@@karenlewkowitz5858 i ended up just getting the Fyra. That works as advertised. The Ooni3 did work eventually, but required too much fiddling and attention to be practical. The Frya is what i was hoping the 3 was going to be. I think OONI should offer 3 owners a discount on the Fyra.
