Just to save yourself some time in the future, the +1 element from each of the four gathering types can only be gained once per run for each element. So once you had an air from converting a shade, you could have stopped having Frinos convert more.

Haha, I've been shouting this at the screen every time this happens! Another nitpick: Crystal Figurine can't upgrade the Messenger, it only activates inactive Arcana Cards. You need to visit Circe in person to upgrade one. The only edge case way to get an upgraded Messenger on an underworld run would be to unequip it, pick up Cherished Heirloom, then choose the Figurine and pray it hits the Messenger... for a whole extra 1% Dodge ^^

So about the chronos one-shot, you actually can cheese it by abusing the s you get when you take a huge hit and you become invulnerable, prime opportunity being chronos phase 2.5 when he does the clock hands (both the ticking and the stationary clock hands). If you run into them when hes charging the one-shot, you can actually avoid it entirely by taking only some damage instead of 999. I do have it on video too if you want.

Solar ring on 12:03 would been a superior choice for 20% dodge vs 3%. the only other good way to apply daze is to reroll for attack then get boon where your attack applies daze. note, you must have attack appolo boon to be offer it. the missing few % dodge is dark side boon or high rarity hermes.

It's definitely a bigger dodge increase (ignoring that we got daze through other means anyway), but it's actually surprisingly close in the end! Different dodge sources are rolled separately rather than combined, so they stack multiplicatively in effect, which doesn't compare favorably to just adding more dodge onto one big source. This is why were were getting hit much, much more than 5% of the time by dazed enemies at the end of the run. Adding 3% to Wispy Wiles raised it from 60% to 63% at the end of the run. This run had separate 5% and 10% sources. So our dodge chance with Wispy Wiles (63%) and no daze would be 68.365%. With Wispy Wiles (60%) and 20% daze, it would be 72.64%. (For comparison, with 60% Wiles and no daze, it would be 65.8%.)

I have a feeling that the 20% miss chance is calculated before dodge, so they'd be more multiplicative. So I think it would only bump you up to like 80%. Still a lot, but not nearly as effective.

I guess ideally you would want to get a common Hermes Evasion boon in Erebus and then Phial it for the 25%, then work on Air and Chaos past that point.

I got into the shop room, but also got a free hestia in front on me (basically a free on the center of the room near the entrance), it was so weird and random to see that happening, never saw it happens again too
