I did notice that it cut off all upward momentum, which prevented a few kills, but the speed was still fine. If she could get the high ground, then her bullets couldn’t kill her, so it could have been an amazing strategy if Ash didn’t have the destroyer of worlds bullet.

cuz she picked ricochet the bullets just fell to the ground and stayed there, if she hadn't it would've been much more chaotic

Her taking ricochet pretty much made the bullets eventually stay in one place since she had so many bounces, causing the final speed to essentially be nothing. Then with trickster the bullet just kept growing in power as it stayed in place, causing the screen to shake so much.

Around 11:00 Jas had a round win already, but when she won, the game glitched and didn't give her the point

Just to correct you, there was a game glitch, but it's not what you thought. If you roll back the video to a little bit earlier, when Jas got a win, the game started showing it as a full win, instead of a half win. That is the only glitch that occurred, and it did properly give Jas a point when she won.

There's a fairly simple mod I commissioned that's very vanilla. It modifies quick shot to be attack speed instead of bullet speed, makes grow rarer, makes glass cannon better, and adds a card that gives bullet capacity. I think it would fit well in here.
