Those glasses looked fantastic on you, please keep them. Costco sometimes will do nee lenses in old frames. Their prices are really, really low. My complicated, no line bifocal lenses were $129 so Im guessing regular lenses are well under $100. Seriously, keep those frames!

I had new lenses put into old frames many years ago. The store told me that when the frames are plastic and vintage there's a chance they might break when the lenses are inserted (because the frames are heated and bent a bit), so if you're willing to take that chance, okay. But your frames are metal, so there's no risk!
