A good summary of the game. It's interesting that several times this season, the first 10-15 minutes have been competitive, then we just overrun the opposition. Your comment that we're working out the weak spots seems completely accurate. The opposition needs to have several setups they can morph through during the game, or they will experience what Rotherham did yesterday.

Don’t worry. Brum have done this to every team we’ve played this season, including Fulham in the cup (although we lost 2-0 then we had over 60% possession and 16 shots). We’ve not converted the possession to goals yet, but it’s coming. Wrexham didn’t know how to play us last week either. I wouldn’t blame lack of preparation from the manager, our team is far better in every way than over the last 10 years. Taking out Rooney’s tenure last season and we would have finished 8th. My honest guess is that our current team would be fighting towards the play-offs in the Championship, although we still mustn’t take this league for granted. Good luck for the rest of the season (except the return leg 😊)

After listening to Steve Evans after he'd been to the Blues on Monday, he had already written this one off. I think this will be to our advantage on quite a few games this season. We've got owners with wads of cash who don't intend sticking around this division, so the automatic places seem to be spoken for this season, if Wrexham keep up with their good start. Rotherham? I don't see why you can't make the play-offs, all the best for the remainder.

Has a Blues fan I can say we did out play you and we nether got out of second but this team has been put together for the championship is not a league 1 team. But you know what Steve Evens is a quality Manager Hard working a proper man honest and down to earth he has a plan its going to take time to get that in the head of all the new players you have he will so stick with him and it will all come good in the end KRO
