Funny how Michael jumped with the food, Shrek couldn't eat another morsel after reluctantly swallowing his pellet and mustard tasted it and decided it was pretty horrible. Spiderman tried to go for the food but milk snatched it but you could tell milk didn't really enjoy it at all. Michael is so greedy and jumped every time the tweezers came but you can tell he didn't really like the food. I guess frogs and toads prefer live pray to synthetic slop.

It's likely a neural issue. It happens in most frog species, where some part of the brain or nervous system doesn't quite develop properly and they wind up with a more hunched posture, sometimes even paralysis in parts of their body. Notice his lower lip is a bit droopy as well. Of course, being a captive frog, Milk seems to be doing just fine. He's a healthy size and obviously well-fed.
