This information was exactly what I was looking for. One note for users, if the console is not seeing the camera, leave the network cable plugged in but unplug the power cable from the camera for a few seconds then plug it back in. You should see a steady green light with a flashing orange above the network cable plugged in the back of the console.

Prevoisuly my all 4 cameras are there. But I can not see any of them. I can not manually match them beacuse those already installed to the wall. Can you pls help me?

Thanks, I just added 4 more cameras to my OOSSXX system and this worked perfectly. If I had to rely on the instruction manual I would still be trying to figure it out.

After I match code I see all four cameras on the monitor but when I disconnect them from the NVR and go to setup on the house they are not connected to the wifi and the nvr is not picking them up. I would have to reconnect them to the NVR to see them on the monitor again.

somehow i lost all my cameras on video manage. I may have deleted. i was trying to refresh or figure out why one that always showed up no longer did and now i lost them all. i tried refresh and nothing. Will i have to unmount them all off the wall and reconnect to my nvr to pic them up? My nvr is set up away from my router.

How to set up the order of replay (playback) so that the newest videos are at the top of the playback list? please. Second system I've bought, and the first one automatically had the playback list as newest first... have to go seven pages to get to the newest videos in the new system.

It was easy to add a camera to an existing OOSSXX system. However, attempting to add a 1080P pan/tilt/zoom camera by OOSSXX did not deliver an image because of a "RESOLUTION TOO BIG" error. The other cameras which were included in the original system are 960P, so maybe this prevent an image from registering.

Ok, few questions: First it can't find cameras even if it was fine before... Why? Second I can't change Bitrate of the camera, it's set to highest, but it's a little too much on 8 Wifi cameras. Do you reply to questions?

Any reason why mine say “sleeping” for the status and only show the live feed when their is motion? I checked to make sure that selected to always record, not only during motion. Trying to just get the live feed to stay constant

Mine is not finding 2 cameras, it was having ip conflict so I removed then tried putting back and that was it, it never found the two cameras again.

I already have a 8 channel system setup with 4 cameras. I have purchased another full 8 channel system with 4 cameras. I would like to add the new 4 camera to the existing system (not using the new dvr). is this possible or do I need to run two separate systems with 4 cameras each? As long as both systems have the same resolution cameras ( 1080P, 960P etc... ) you should be able to take the cameras out of the box from the new system and follow the video above to add them to your current system. Once you hit refresh and they show up at the top you have two choices. If you hit the match code button the cameras will be added to work over the WIFI connection to the NVR. If you hit Auto Add the camera will attach to the system as a wired camera and always will require the ethernet cable connected to work. Keep in mind that if you have any wired cameras on your system you will need a network switch or hub if you still would like remote access. Plug the NVR ethernet cable into the switch, plug your camera into the switch and plug one more cable from the switch to your router to make the connection work. Make sure your switch has enough ports to handle the number of wired cameras you have.

None of the cameras that came with the system are being discovered before I can even MATCH CODE. They are wireless cameras installed in various points within reasonable wireless range. Why can they not be discovered wirelessly. Do they need to be connected via Ethernet cable first, discovered and matched before disconnecting them and deploying them to remote points for wireless surveillance?

So I just bought two more cameras and one says resolution to big and the author says authentication fail . It finds both on top and even when you click on the eye it shows video but when you add it to bottom I get these errors

Hi, I got an 8 camera package that are wireless, however, they also have a wired connection to it but I cant seem to get it to recognize that wired connection. How do I do that?

I have an 8 channel oossxx system running a mix of WIFI and wired cameras . You need to delete the channel that you want to change from WIFI to wired first then plug the ethernet cable into the NVR or network switch and the other end into the camera , select refresh and wait until the camera shows up again. Instead of selecting match code you select auto add. It will prompt you something about changing the IP address just agree and it will show up below and connect. You will notice the WIFI icon is now gone when you view the camera and it is replaced with a vertical bar connection indicator. To be sure you could remove the antenna to confirm the wired connection. I left mine connected so if i wanted to change back to WIFI I could and it also protects the antenna connection and camera from the elements. Since there is only one ethernet connection on the NVR you will need a switch or hub if you still would like remote access.

First of all the red watermark across the screen makes it impossible to see what you are doing at times. sorry but I don't think your videos are so enthralling that people are going to steal them. Next - My Anran system uses the same firmware as your recorder and sure enough, adding an ANRAN camera is perfectly straight forward, however, try adding something that is claimed to be ONVIF compatible but won't show up on the screen. Now THAT'S a challenge.
