OOTA EP 04 Trailer Rail 1996

Welcome to my 4th installment of my "Archives" series that has come from either VHS or VHS-C tapes with some to be coming from Beta , Super 8 or Standard 8 film later on in this series ; This particular video comes from VHS-C tape & shows the "Trailer Rail" system that came into use around the mid 90's era here in Australia & it was an improved version of an American system that was around at the time with this night shot being done at the Kewdale freight yards showing how it was assembled into a train of sorts back then , this was our 2nd visit there & I feel that I still have some more video from another visit after this one which I might be able to find & upload at a later date ; Multiple semi-trailers trailer sections are put onto railway bogies & then connected together & hauled by 1 or 2 locomotives across the country as needed so I do hope that you ( the viewer ) enjoys this piece of video ; Thank you for taking the time to watch it.
