Hey! Yes you need to carry the RTPCR report. It is mandatory for anyone travelling from outside of Tamil Nadu unless they're fully vaccinated.

Like: best roads to travel?, where to stay & accommodation details?, how about the expenses? what are important places which we shouldn't miss in Ooty? any risks factors which we should avoid? itinerary plan ?
