Finally I did it! Vegapunk, is here! I hope you all enjoy this, it was alot more fun than I first believed it to be. Vegapunk is definitely a leader I looked passed. Shame on me, but this deck, the ways you can build it, are really fun. I'd suggest anyone who likes this lil ole man, to give it a try. He has some good matchups, but ofc he has many rough ones if youre not prepared. With that being said, I had alot more good matches than bad ones. Katakuri, being the toughest one. Along w/ Rob Lucci, those matches can sometimes feel unwinnable. More so the Katakuri, anyways I do hope you give this deck a try! Thank you all for coming to watch today, hope youre all doing well! That board you had was crazy vs the Bonnie…I normally cant stand Yellow, but this EggHead leader…He is becoming an exception…looks fun to play honestly….goes wide really fast He is like Moria and Doffy on Steriods

Vega has been some of the most fun I’ve had with this game so this vid was a real treat, it’s just a shame that Ace and Katakuri are so expensive right now, that along with the op08 support not being here yet.

So stoked to see this Vegapunk video! He's the OP07 leader I was hyped for the most and he does not dissapoint. Is he top meta? You're right, he is not. But is he fun and satisfying to play? Heck yes! Your deck list is quite spicy I have to admit, I'm taking notes 👀. And most importantly; how to play. I tend to overuse the healing ability over the play from hand ability. I need to adjust that based on my match-up I feel like. 😅

It took me a min to get the hang of Vegapunk, the leader effect is the hardest thing to adjust to. It is truly match dependent, you gotta learn when to pressure, / when its safe to go wide or heal. Once you figure that out, like in B/Y luffy, or bonny, some matches are safe to just spam board

Hell yea I’m glad u give him a try, super fun leader Give the enel event a try It almost feels like u have black levels of trash munipulation with that, the event and Pythagoras Also really think adding kingdom come or the 2k sanji that cycles life both are really great cards in this list

And these are the typa decks I love! I dont like playing decks that are built "1 way" i.e rob lucci, Gecko, they're typically all the same. Not much variety. Some of these off meta decks, people rarly get to see, and Vegapunk just has that fun factor

Have you considered running 7c Charlotte Linlin in the deck? Very good to put pressure on odd curve and a big body out lategame. 90% of the time from my experience the opponent picks trashing their life since they dont want to give vegapunk a possible trigger.

@@grizziy597 yes! I favor 7c mom. But I also like Enel, it’s a tough choice for me. Putting in many cards that aren’t egghead, can hurt your draws/heals, so I chose one over the other. But I very much enjoy mom in this build

I just think Vega punk just needs more draw power or rush cards. That would make it viable. Pawse, what you thinking of a wano build enel?

@@kobiekev92 I actually like wano enel, I favor 5c momo. The downside playing quite a bit of smaller bodies on board may hurt against the Rob lucci matchup. I’ll have to do some more testing!

You should really run 1 or 2 pagaya from op05 that helps sooo much if you get it on the field

@@ElPerezaz yeah he found out. Not reading enel is crazy. But in any case if he had attacked for 5 with leader, and minus on either of the other 2 units I had, than spent 8 for sabo, he’d of still lost. Considering Luffy woulda popped blocker (Rebecca) than Enel goes for game. I don’t think he was getting out :(

Eh vegapunk is not really good. Nobody uses vegapunk. Use enel I heard a lot of tryhards and butt lickers use enel he’s really good. lol
