Okay make sure with Black Maria you do the entire add 5 don because when you put them back into the don deck, that activates leader ability to draw a card. Also you do have to complete porche effect before drawing a card for leader ability

You should have just bounced boa with niji and saved swing with ichiji to finish game

pretty sure you have to resolve porche search, play the body THEN draw from the don minus
